The owner (Travis) came out and provided a quote. We did obtain another quote from a competitor and found the services offered by Travis and team far outweighed their competitors.

They arrived on time, cleaned up everyday before leaving the job site, and completed the work in three days - on time and on budget.

We called and spoke with Travis. Given our location, they were not able to take the job, however Travis spent time on the phone answering questions and setting expectations on what to look out for when selecting a painting company. Nice guy - we wish they could paint our house.

Gilbert's painting did the epoxy floor coating in our garage and did an excellent job. They take their time to do professional work that last for a long time. I was very impressed with their work and level of experience and will give them more home improvement work in future.

Matthew, Brian and Doyce worked extremely hard and continually asked us questions to ensure our expectations were being met. With so many paint companies from which to choose, selecting one can be a risky task. I saw 'Gilbert's Painting' advertised on the side of the owners truck and gave them a call. First of all, unlike the four others I contacted, they got back to me within an hour and set up and appointment for an estimate the next day. They were on time and quoted me a fair price. But what was more impressive was that they helped me pick out a color scheme that I never would have imagined. Also, I was having tile put in my house and they worked with the tile crew and installed new base boards as well, saving me the time and hassle of more bids. These young men do a great job and when the exterior of my home needs to be painted, I will only call them.

We had Gilbert's Painting do the outside of our 10-year old home last August, as it was beginning to fade and needed some minor repairs. Travis was quick to respond to phone calls and text messages with answers to our questions. His quote was by far the best, and he gave us step by step instructions about what to expect. We had a crew at our home first thing in the morning each day, and they were completely done in three days. The house looks brand new!!! The crew was respectful and cleaned up before leaving each day.

We were so happy with the experience that when we unexpectedly decided to move and list our home for sale, we wanted to get it move-in ready on the inside; it needed some fresh paint in the kids' rooms and the loft. We again shopped some quotes for interior paint. We decided that the amount of time and effort to do it room by room would exceed the cost of having it done professionally, and we wanted to have it done right. Again, Travis and Gilbert's Painting were SPOT ON with the quote and willing to make the necessary fixes while the job was underway.

Travis was willing to hear our concerns and even gave us valuable advice on issues with the baseboards that we ultimately heeded. We even visited the house during the time the work was being completed, and the level of detail taken into account with masking and spraying was top notch. I was amazed at how the home transformed from the old look to the new one. When the job was completed, you couldn't even tell that every fixture and wall plate had been completely removed the day prior.

Great company. Travis did my house along with four others in our Val Vista Meadows neighborhood. All of them look great. Great pricing, excellent attention to detail in the prep work. Great work for a great price! I had an exterior paint job done and it only took about 2 days to finish. I have a 25 year old house that had paint turning to chalk and all the wood fascia was peeling. I received a quote from Travis that was right in my price range and what i expected to pay, I called about a month later and he schedule me in pretty fast. Travis is a nice guy who actually knows you by name and hires really nice guys to do the work. They were quiet and very good about working around my garden. I have some seedlings just coming up and they all survived! ( my garden is right against the back wall that was painted) There was absolutely no mess when they were finish, in fact, other than the house being painted i would not have known anyone was here. He was also very good about working around my work schedule for getting the quote and picking up payment. I recommend Gilbert painting for anyone considering a paint job.

I desprately needed the trim painted on my house. I contacted 2 painters recommended on a radio show. One was extremely high and the other seemed reasonable. I had to schedule it a week out and on the day they were to show up, no one came. I didn't hear from them till late in the day and they wanted to re-schedule another week later. I canceled my contract and randomly chose Gilbert's painting. Even though it was mid week, he agreed to have a couple of painters from his team over on Saturday morning (A holiday weekend non-the-less) and take care of my job, even though it wasn't a large job. The first thing that thrilled me was that they showed up on time and got right to work. They were friendly and courteous and did a great job. Other than a freshly painted trim, you couldn't even tell that they were here...NO MESS!! When he gave me the bill, it was hundreds less than the lowest bid I had gotten earlier in the month. I will definitely be using them on any and all future jobs!!!!
