What Our Customers Say
★★★★★
The prep work was fantastic. They went over every bit of my home and fenceline wall repairing cracks, repairing stucco, changing out trim board, etc. They didn’t just come slap a new coat of paint on, they made it so the results would look great.

Specialized for Arizona's Climate
With more than 25 years of Arizona expertise, we know how heat, UV rays, dust, and monsoon moisture impact metal surfaces. Our coatings are formulated specifically for desert durability, ensuring your security gates resist rust, fading, and corrosion.
Our Electrostatic Painting Process
Our electrostatic painting technology is what sets Gilbert’s apart from traditional painters. Using a magnetized charge, the paint wraps around metal surfaces evenly—creating a smooth, factory-quality finish with minimal overspray.
Benefits of Electrostatic Painting
- Gate reopening depends on the coating cure time and site conditions
- Coating performance depends on preparation, products and exposure
- Service life depends on the coating system, exposure and maintenance
- UV and chemical resistant – perfect for Arizona heat
- Minimal overspray – eco-friendly and HOA-safe
- Factory-grade finish – looks brand new, not repainted
This advanced technique is ideal for security gates, entry gates, perimeter fencing, wrought iron, and cast metal—providing unmatched durability and visual appeal.
Our HOA Gate Painting Process
We deliver a clean, consistent, and professional experience from start to finish:
1. Inspection & Consultation
– On-site evaluation with HOA board or property manager.
2. Digital Renderings
– Four color options presented digitally for approval.
3. Surface Preparation
– Rust removal, sanding, acetone cleaning, and priming to prepare the surface for the selected coating.
4. Electrostatic Application
– Paint wraps around metal, ensuring even coverage and long-lasting protection.
5. Curing & Inspection
– Confirm the coating has cured before reopening the gates, followed by a detailed walkthrough.
6. Quality Control
– Final inspection and a walkthrough to review the completed work.
Our crews clean up the work area and remove job debris before the final walkthrough.
Durability That Delivers Long-Term Value
Our workmanship warranty is three years for commercial painting and five years for residential painting, subject to written terms and exclusions. Manufacturer warranties and any electrostatic coating warranty are separate; ask for the written terms that apply to your project.
We select the coating for the metal, site exposure and project needs. Future maintenance depends on the condition and use of the gates.
The Gilbert’s Difference
